Currently Acala EAP covers approximately 20,000 employees in Hungary. The focus of our daily activities is to provide support and counseling for them and their family members regarding private and work related difficulties. In addition, we are also working on developing our services to be able to help our partners more effectively.
Since 2011 the Hungarian market has changed considerably. EAP that used to be foreign to Hungarian culture has become an acknowledged form of benefit and a service many companies look for. According to our experience, the potential of EAP can be utilized the most effectively, if it is not only considered as a form of benefit, but also used as a modern tool for organization development.
