Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are a framework of professional support for the employees of any contracting organization, supplied by independent experts (counsellors, psychologists, legal and financial advisors) in a highly confidential way. EAPs assist the employees through both private and work related difficulties that would otherwise interfere with their work performance, workplace wellbeing, the level of their commitment and could in worst case predispose them to seek a new job.

Employee Assistance programs provid legal, psychological and financial advice, coaching, consultations and if needed crisis intervention, all of these tailored to the specific and local needs of the organization and their employees. Once implemented, the employees can access the different consultations following a toll-free intake call. All arising expanses within the EAP are covered by the employer and all their personal data are treated confidentially.
